Abstract
AbstractThe main objective of the project is designning and development of automatic hand-held working tool for tieing metal construction during framework and concrete casting at the building sites. Mainly the framework is done manually by the worker who uses cutted metal wire which is wound around the armature and the tie is fastened by a pliers. The design is to replace all the manual operations made by the worker by automatic ones. According to this there is a need to separate each manual operation at the tie process at the armature and to define in which way the automatic operation will be done. The operations that the working tool supposes to make are:
1 – advance of the metal wire of specific length for one tie;
2 – winding the metal wire around the armature;
3 – tieing and fastening the metal wire;
4 – cutting the metal wire.
Thus there are three main mechanisms to build :advancing, tieing and cutting mechanisms. To avoid unnecessary malfunctions and to simplify the appliance of the working tool there will be no use of electronics, but only the mechanics. The mechanisms will be moved by electric motors and the working tool will be operated by one button only.
The working tool suppose to save a lot of working hours by very short operating time, which is much faster then a manual tie. The destination of the working tool is framework, but it can be applied at building and fixing wired fences, fastening wires and cables during electricity setting up work. The working tool is simple, efficient and fast, and not the less important – is not as mach expensive as the rest of the existing working tools at the market today.
